What a great blessing it is for a family to be united in Christian Science! As the mother of such a family, I would like to express my gratitude for the fuller understanding of God that comes to each one through the daily study of Science.

In this seven-member family, we all have depended entirely on the teachings of Science for daily guidance, protection, and healing and have found it ever efficacious. There have been healings of colds, pneumonia, so-called children's diseases, and broken bones. Problems of daily relationships have been solved. Indeed, "The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth" (Ps. 145:18).

About eight years ago, one son broke his collarbone. A Christian Science practitioner was called. My son and I began a thorough study of the Christian Science Quarterly Lesson-Sermon for the week. The subject was "God the Preserver of Man." Every section contained a citation applicable to the situation. There was a Bible promise of safety to such as trust in God, as well as Mrs. Eddy's statement on page 380 of Science and Health, "Nothing but the power of Truth can prevent the fear of error, and prove man's dominion over error."
