Questioner: I know many students who feel that there must be more to education than just sitting in a classroom or training for a specific job. This is true whether you're a student in college or taking a correspondence course or a computer course.

Speaker: I agree. What's needed is a much more substantial view of education.

Questioner: Do you mean having a real thirst for knowledge, or wanting to make a contribution, or being intellectually curious?
