I would like to express my gratitude for Christian Science, a practical religion based on God's laws, which are ever operative. And how many beautiful proofs we have experienced of this! So-called children's diseases have disappeared like snow before the sun, and the children have hardly noticed discomfort at all in these quick victories. Physical healings have included, among others, those of angina, influenza, ear infection, sprains, and a case of heavy cramps.

Furthermore, one of the children had a beautiful healing of a broken arm. The break appeared to be quite serious; fear and concern started to argue persuasively about this. Through the treatment of a Christian Science practitioner, which was immediately given, we came to understand that every healing in Christian Science is a mental healing. We noticed this in the child who, with this prayerful support, remained radiant and happy. After three days he used his arm, at first very carefully. After a little over a week he used the arm normally again.

My husband was healed of the enslaving habit of smoking.
