My first healing in Christian Science occurred many years ago...
My first healing in Christian Science occurred many years ago (1904). I would like to express my gratitude not only for this remarkable healing but also for many years of health and joy in living Christian Science.
When I was a child, I fell on the ice while skating. There were internal injuries. As I grew older, adhesions grew, causing my internal organs to be almost inactive. At this time three eminent physicians examined me and said that an operation was necessary. However, they could not promise that I would receive relief.
After the diagnosis I turned to Christian Science, and with the help of a Christian Science practitioner I was healed in three weeks. All adhesions disappeared. My organs functioned naturally, and I have enjoyed almost perfect health since.
