There have been many blessings in my life since I began the study of Christian Science.
At the time my husband passed on I was healed of grief and was able to realize that there was no loss. I knew my husband was an immortal idea of God. Gradually I overcame the selfish attitude of feeling sorry for myself. This was accomplished when I was able to realize that man with God is never alone.
"Pilgrim on earth, thy home is heaven; stranger, thou art the guest of God." These words of Mrs. Eddy's on page 254 of Science and Health offered much comfort and inspiration. By holding to this thought I was able to realize the truth in relation to home.
