Man Is Neither Fat nor Thin
[For young adults]
It's true! No matter what your mirror tries to tell you, the real you, the only you, is perfectly symmetrical, right this very minute. The real man, the only man, is the absolutely perfect, wholly symmetrical, child of the absolutely perfect God, Spirit, the only creator.
"Oh, I know all that," you're probably saying. "I know that my spiritual self is not fat or thin, because the qualities of God I embody—joy, kindness, and so on—can't be fat or thin. They can't be measured; they're infinite. But what about my physical body?"
Well, what about it? We know that physicality cannot emanate from Spirit since like must produce like. So if your material body didn't come from God, where did it come from? Isn't it really only the outward manifestation of your present state of self-consciousness? And didn't Christ Jesus prove by his healing works that as one "thinketh in his heart, so is he"? Prov. 23:7;
