RADIO PROGRAM NO. 396 - Where Do I Turn for Guidance?

[The speaker is Michael Thorneloe. The questioner is David McAlary.]

Questioner: Young people today have to make many important decisions early in life—what standards to live by, what should be their lifework and how best to prepare for it.

In making such decisions, which have far-reaching effects on their lives, many young people turn to their contemporaries for guidance. Others turn to close relatives and friends whose judgment they respect and value. But all too often, the more people you talk to, the more confusing decisions can be.
