Open mine eyes, O Lord,
Send forth that light
Derived from Principle,
Foreknown and infinite,
Enduring, indestructible,
Dispelling mists
Of mortal sight.

Out of Thy changeless law
Now let me see
Luminous beauty,
Stainless purity;
Behold my brother and myself,
Love's clear reflection,
Whole, eternally.
