APPLICATIONS DUE BY OCTOBER 1

If you wish to become a member of The Mother Church at the next admission of members, your application must lie fully completed and received by the Clerk on or before October 1. No subsequent admission of members takes place until May 30, 1969.

Application forms may be obtained from the Clerk of The Mother Church (write Charles Henry Gabriel, Clerk, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A. 02115) or from branch churches. Christian Science practitioners also have application forms on hand and can often answer any questions you may have about these.

All earnest students of Christian Science are warmly invited to take this Important step in the unfoldment of good in their lives.
