For many years my husband and I and our two children have made living and practicing Christian Science our goal in life, and our blessings have been many.
With help from a Christian Science practitioner I experienced painless childbirth when our daughter was born.
We were led to make right decisions regarding schools and colleges for our children. In our desire to give them the best education possible, we found that a verse in the seventeenth chapter of John was a source of inspiration. It reads, "I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil." As I have progressed in the study of Christian Science, I have learned to include in that prayer not only my own family but also children in the Sunday School and all young people in the world.
