Maintaining Our Poise
Who would not wish to manifest perfect poise in every phase of his experience, to have that spiritual self-control whereby one expresses dominion in every situation? Who would not wish, when confronted by even the most adverse circumstances, to be able to say with Paul, "None of these things move me"'? Acts 20:24;
Christian Science teaches that everything in God's universe is in a constant state of perfect harmony, forever supported and sustained by spiritual forces under the control of the divine Mind, God. In this design of Love every idea is in its right place, doing its right work, manifesting its right relationship to God and to every other idea in the harmony of being.
