I should like to express my deep gratitude to God for the many blessings and healings Christian Science has brought to me and members of my family. One member of the family was healed of valvular heart disease, and we have had healings of diphtheria and a badly poisoned arm. Business difficulties and a lack of supply have been overcome through the application of the truth taught in Science. For more than forty years it has been my sole physician.

One day I dislocated my ankle bone. I began at once to declare the truth, but the foot was turned at right angles to the other one. I was taken home by car, and during the short journey I earnestly asked God to show me how to think aright. I sat quietly, and into my thought came these words: "It never happened." During the drive I kept repeating this fact, knowing that true being is governed by God, divine Principle, and therefore that accidents are impossible. I felt no movement, but when I swung my feet round to get out of the car, they were both facing the right way; and the ankle was firmly in place. In about three weeks I was able to go about my church duties.

In another instance I dislocated my shoulder. Again my husband and I applied the truth, holding very firmly to it, and in a few hours the shoulder was back in position. In a few weeks I was able to lift my arm freely and painlessly. In both these instances we relied solely and wholly on Mind for healing and were blessed by its sure and perfect results.
