I should like to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude for the many blessings that have come to me and my family through Christian Science. My two daughters were reared in Science and are now active church members, as are their husbands.

A number of years ago, when one of my daughters was in grade school, she came home from school one day at lunchtime quite ill. I put her in bed and discovered an alarming physical condition. I immediately called a practitioner, asking for treatment in Christian Science.

There was a complete stoppage of a bodily function. This continued for about two weeks, and one morning I was awakened with the feeling that all was not well. The child appeared to me to be passing on. I called the practitioner at once, and we both agreed that a change of practitioner be made. This was done, and the new practitioner arrived at the home in a few minutes. A change in the child's condition took place very shortly, and soon she was resting normally.
