A discoverer is someone who dares to think something new, to explore the unknown, to overcome obstacles. Often when someone thinks of a new idea, it takes a long time for others to understand it.

Robert Goddard dreamed of making a rocket that would explore outer space. Everyone made fun of him. But Goddard did not stop because of what others thought. He worked hard building a rocket that would fly. Because of Robert Goddard's courage, persistence, and faith, today rockets blast off, boosting up the spaceships that carry astronauts who walk in space and who someday will walk on the moon.

Many discoveries have been made in the physical world which have helped to enlighten the human mind. However, few people have had the necessary spiritual vision to explore the infinite realm of Spirit. The early prophets and others of Old Testament times glimpsed the power of God, and some understood Him as a God "who healeth all thy diseases."  ps. 103:3, But most people have wondered about God down through the ages. "What is God?" "Where is He?" "How can we find Him?"
