When a Christian Scientist becomes a member of The Mother Church, he signifies his willingness to obey the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy. In making this step, the way is opened for important spiritual growth.
Mrs. Eddy described the special place of the Church Manual for every Christian Scientist (Art. XXXV, Sect.1): "It stands alone, uniquely adapted to form the budding thought and hedge it about with divine Love."
Those who are ready to join The Mother Church may write for an application to Gordon V. Comer, Clerk, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston, Massachusetts, U. S. A. 02115. Or inquire at your local Christian Science church or Reading Room, or ask a practitioner listed in The Christian Science Journal.
