Supply Is Ever Available

Abundant good is as omnipresent as God, for God is good. The belief of a lack of sufficient supply to meet every need is as untrue as the belief of a lack of anything good—of health, for instance, which is a quality of God. Many who have learned to turn confidently to Christian Science for healing of physical conditions through prayer fail to see that the belief in lack of supply can and should be corrected as quickly and as permanently as the belief in pain and disease.

Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, writes: "God gives you His spiritual ideas, and in turn, they give you daily supplies. Never ask for to-morrow: it is enough that divine Love is an ever-present help; and if you wait, never doubting, you will have all you need every moment."  Miscellaneous Writings, p. 307

When a human need appears, do we examine our thinking and seek the spiritual idea which will meet the need, perhaps by correcting a false desire or ambition and gaining a higher sense of what our need may be? Then we can wait and not doubt that our true needs will be met. God has an abundance of spiritual ideas, and it is natural for these ideas to be manifested as an abundance of all good in whatever forms may be according to the highest right in each one's individual circumstances.
