Fear thou not; for I am with...
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness" (Isa. 41:10).
I had occasion to remember and rely on this precious promise one winter when I was involved in an incident as a result of which I experienced pain and did not know where I was; things seemed confused and vague. Fear tried to take over till the above verse came to me on angel wings.
After several days of study, prayer, and trust that I was being upheld by God's right hand, the pain, together with all the other effects, diminished and soon disappeared. My gratitude was supreme, because I knew I was actually God's child, protected by the safe armor of Love.
