Several years ago, when my...
Several years ago, when my husband and I no longer had need of a two-family house, we turned our thought to God in acknowledgment of His direction of man. We had made no human plans, but we did investigate the various types of housing available. We looked at apartments and new houses and were even willing to renovate our present home if that proved to be our right place.
During this time we worked with the thought that home is an idea in divine Mind, and we knew that true home is ever present. We knew that home represents the atmosphere of Love, in which harmony and joy abide. We saw that the government of divine Principle reigns in this holy consciousness. These thoughts were our constant companions.
Since no leading came to us clearly enough to guide us to proceed with any plans, we stopped further investigation. We were willing to "wait patiently on God."
