Membership in The Mother Church unites those who are finding in Christian Science the fulfillment of the Psalmist's prayer, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits . . . ; who healeth all thy diseases" (Ps. 103).

Application blanks may be obtained at Christian Science Reading Rooms, from practitioners listed in The Christian Science Journal and in The Herald of Christian Science, or from clerks of branch churches and societies. Applications may also be obtained from Gordon V. Comer, Clerk, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston 15, Massachusetts.

The thousands of Christian Scientists in the armed services, who are serving their respective countries throughout the world, are being helped by The Mother Church through the Fund for Armed Services Activities.
