It is with a deep sense of gratitude that I write this testimony. Regardless of the nature of the problem to be solved, restoration of harmony is inevitable if the truths of Christian Science are correctly applied.

My mother began the study of Christian Science when I was a very young child. Consequently I had the important foundation of Sunday School teaching, which helped me in various ways during my school years.

Not long after I started attending the Sunday School, a physical healing occurred for which I have been grateful ever since. I was playing with a friend in her yard one afternoon when I slid down the side of a swing set, landing with the full weight of one foot on the razor-sharp edge of an unsealed tin can. When I looked down at the foot, the picture was quite frightening.
