Knowing the Truth Frees Us from Error
[Of Special Interest to Children]
One Sunday afternoon Missy's mother heard a clumpity-clumpity sound at the back door of their home, and soon she heard someone crying. It was Missy, who had stopped to rest in the warm sunshine on the back steps.
The sun had made her feel so cozy that she had curled up like a kitten and gone to sleep right on the top step. The clumpity-clumpity sound that Mother had heard was Missy rolling down the steps!
Now Missy and her mother are Christian Scientists, so they couldn't let error, calling itself an accident, take their joy away from them. Missy has been a pupil in the Christian Science Sunday School ever since she was big enough to sit alone in one of the little chairs.
