I should like to express my gratitude for a healing I had which was brought about by my own study and the help of a Christian Science practitioner.

Several years ago I became interested in Science through a friend whose wife is a Christian Scientist. At this time I had lost nearly a whole year's work because of illness, and much money had been spent on medical and hospital bills. My condition had become worse and had developed into a nervous breakdown. The friend recommended that I try Christian Science. At first I refused, but later I bought a copy of the King James Version of the Bible and of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. I also asked for the help of a practitioner.
