Church membership is a rewarding experience. Sometimes a student may wonder, "Am I good enough to become a member of The Mother Church?" The requirements are simple: a deep desire for spiritual progress, regular study of the weekly Lesson-Sermon, outlined in the Christian Science Quarterly, and earnest reliance upon Christian Science alone for healing.

Twice each year applicants who are ready for membership in The Mother Church are admitted by The Christian Science Board of Directors in accordance with the requirements of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy.

The closing date for the receipt of applications for the next admission of members is May 1, 1962.
