I should like to express my...
I should like to express my gratitude for the joy and the blessings that have come to me through Christian Science. This truth was presented to my mother in an hour of need over thirty years ago, and she had an immediate healing after having been bedridden for nine years.
As a result of her healing I became interested in Science, and soon afterward I was taken very ill because of food poisoning. I asked for treatment from a Christian Science practitioner; and although at first the symptoms were severe, I had no fear and no desire for medical aid.
The practitioner came to see me and on her second visit took me home with her. Lunch was given me, and although for two weeks I had not eaten any solid food, I ate it. The love and joy in that home left no room for inharmony, and my face, which had been affected, was soon normal. The next day I went to a service at the Christian Science church and returned home, healed. During this experience my hair all came out, but it quickly grew again.
