NOW IS FOREVER

No past to regret, no future to dread,
No retreat, and no strain to dislodge the stable
Pressureless present; no looking ahead
Or back in fear of a transient timetable.

Now is forever. Be comforted, heart,
Dwell in the everness years cannot sever,
The unhurried timeless no seasons can part—
Unfleeting Being. Now is forever.
