RADIO PROGRAM No. 418 - "Who goes there?"

SPEAKER: The purpose of our program today is to talk about the subject of identity—man's true identity. We'd like to discuss the value of a spiritual understanding of identity—what this means in terms of healing discord and disease. And we've asked a man from New York City to tell you of his own healing. I'd like you to meet Milton Wolfe. Tell us your experience now, Mr. Wolfe.

MR. WOLFE: Before I tell you about my healing, I'd like to give you some background. Let me go back to when I first read "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. This was dining the depression. My sister was a Christian Scientist, but for a long time I was completely opposed to what I thought Christian Science was. I didn't see how it could heal a physical condition. However, I noticed so much improvement in my sister's home life. I finally told her I wanted to read Science and Health.

I had a small optical store, and business was slow; so I took the book down to work and started reading it. Pretty soon I thought, "This is entirely different from what I supposed it would be!" By the time I finished the Preface and the chapter on Prayer, I'd been healed of a growth on my eyelid. It just disappeared. It had been as large as a pea and doctors had told me it couldn't be removed.
