This testimony to the power of healing prayer is long overdue. The testimonies given by others through the years have strengthened me and given me courage when I have felt I could not take another step Spiritward. This was especially so when a problem seemed long in working out.

I should like to list a few conditions, the healings of which brought me correction, regeneration, and great spiritual growth. They were these: the smoking habit, influenza, colds, a plantar wart, skin cancer, sugar diabetes, hemorrhage, and anemia.

The healing that helped me most to gain spiritual understanding and the meaning of steadfastness was the condition of my right breast and right arm. It was never diagnosed; but the fear I struggled with was that of cancer. For a year the condition grew steadily worse. I had lost a great deal of weight, and my lung was affected.
