Christian Science affirms that since God, the supreme cause and creator, made all that was made, evil beliefs called sin and sickness are without power or existence. Mrs. Eddy proved this fact in a practical manner by healing both sickness and sin. She declares in her book "Miscellaneous Writings" (p. 277), "No evidence before the material senses can close my eyes to the scientific proof that God, good, is supreme." Her followers are expected to take the same stand today.
