Persist with Authority
"The Christian Scientist should persist in denying the error and proclaiming the truth"
When our beloved Master, Christ Jesus, went into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil, as recorded in the fourth chapter of Matthew, he fasted forty days and forty nights. We are told that "he was afterward an hungred." Three times the tempter came to him. The third time the devil "sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them." All these would be his, if he would fall down and worship evil.
