While I was reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, my first healing in Christian Science came about.

I knew very little of this Science and was under a doctor's care at the time because of anemia. The cause of the trouble had never been determined, although it was believed that this condition which had been bothering me for years was of an hereditary nature.

From the moment I began to read Science and Health, I was aware of Love's presence. Before I was through the book this condition of the blood was healed, and I felt entirely renewed physically as well as being uplifted spiritually. I immediately discarded all medicines and have not taken any since, and I have never before been so healthy.
