and teachers working with the young people of today are often confounded by their attitude toward the world in which they live.

To
love each other we must understand each other; and to do this we must first understand ourselves—who we are, what the purpose of our lives is, and how this purpose can be achieved.

SPEAKER: In discussing our topic today, perhaps a good way to start is to take a typical illustration, that is, a situation in which a man had to decide whether or not to rely wholeheartedly on God for healing.
While
I was reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, my first healing in Christian Science came about.
When
I first heard of Christian Science I was in great need of physical healing.
One
morning about two years ago I arose early, and while dressing I suddenly became out of breath and felt myself losing consciousness.
I am
happy to share my gratitude for the protective and healing power of divine Love, as revealed in Christian Science, by telling about two opportunities that I had to demonstrate it.
It
is a joy to express my gratitude for Christian Science, for the protective power of the Christ, Truth, and for the healings I have experienced.
I have
received many blessings through the study of Christian Science, for which I am very grateful.
Soon
after I began reading Science and Health by Mrs.
I wish
to acknowledge and express gratitude for the many blessings and healings I have received in thirty years of study and application of the truths of Christian Science.
