It is a joy to express my gratitude for Christian Science, for the protective power of the Christ, Truth, and for the healings I have experienced.

I was healed many years ago of an ulcerated stomach. All the pain vanished, and I was able again to enjoy my meals and to take care of my home and family. The experience convinced me that an understanding of God as gained in Christian Science could heal any discordant condition.

A more recent healing is that of a dislocated joint of one of my toes, which I had sustained in bumping my foot against a chair. I worked prayerfully for two days and then called for help from a Christian Science practitioner. However, after a couple of days I recognized that this was an opportunity for me to apply my own understanding of Christian Science, and I asked the practitioner to stop working for me.
