In German Eleanor Steber Sings Hymns of Mary Baker Eddy

In addition to the English recording, including four hymns and four solo settings previously announced, the Trustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy are happy to announce a recording of the hymns of Mrs. Eddy sung in German by Eleanor Steber, the distinguished concert and opera artist. On one side of this record. Miss Steber sings four of Mrs. Eddy's hymns in German and on the other side the same four hymns in English, thus conforming to the practice maintained in connection with all the translations of our Leader's writings. Miss Steber's voice was recorded in The Mother Church Extension, and she is accompanied by Edwin McDonell at The Mother Church organ. This 33 1/3 r.p.m. record, packaged in an outstanding jacket picturing the dome of The Mother Church encircled by the flowering trees of the Church garden, is priced at $4.75 in the U.S.A. ($4.10 in all overseas areas) and may be purchased through Christian Science Reading Rooms or from Charles Henry Gabriel, Publishers' Agent, One Norway Street, Boston 15, Massachusetts, U.S.A.
