Visitors Welcome

Chestnut Mill, Mass.—Mrs. Eddy's late residence at 400 Beacon Street contains an exhibit room on the second floor where items tracing the growth of the movement from its earliest days to the present are displayed. This house is open daily, except Sunday, from 1 to 5 p.m. to members of The Mother Church, of branch churches, and those who are accompanied by members. During the months of December, January, February, and March the hours are from 12. MO to 4 p.m. It is closed on all holidays with the exception of April 19, May 30, June 17, and October 12. When these elates fall on a Sunday, the house is closed on Sunday and open on the Monday observed as the holiday.

Lynn, Mass.—The former home of Mary Baker Eddy at 12 Broad Street is open to visitors daily, except Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the months of December, January, and February the hours are from 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. It is closed on all holidays with the exception of April 19, May 30, June 17, and October 12. When these dates fall on a Sunday, the house is closed on Sunday and open on the Monday observed as the holiday. This house, including the little attic room where Mrs. Eddy completed her work on the original manuscript of "Science and Health," has been carefully restored to present the highest possible point of historical accuracy.

Washington. D. C—The Exhibit Hall on the second floor of the Christian Science Building. 1601 I (Eye) Street. N. W., is open free to the public daily, including holidays (with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Year's Day), Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. Various exhibits provide glimpses of the origin, scope, and healing ministry of Christian Science. These include showings of films selected from time to time from the television series. "How Christian Science Heals,"' and of The Christian Science Monitor film, "Assignment: Mankind." Also included are the "listening chairs" in which visitors may sit and hear selected recordings not only in English, but in French, German, and Spanish.
