Last year The Christian Science Monitor celebrated its fiftieth anniversary, and it reminded me that the same year also marked the anniversary of my introduction to Christian Science. Although my interest has never wavered during the intervening years, I have never before submitted a testimony of healing to our periodicals. The reason is that Christian Science has enabled me to maintain good health; so I thought I had had no important healings to report.

However, I should now like to mention a few healings and above all to express my gratitude for the great blessing of Christian Science in my life and for the light and joy it is bringing to peoples of many nations. The translation of the religious article on The Home Forum page of the Monitor into various languages is a cause for great rejoicing.

As to the healings which I have had, I can mention those of broken hones in my wrist, an attack of influenza, and head colds. During these experiences, I depended solely on Christian Science. Some healings were instantaneous, and others were not; but through my own work or with the help of a practitioner, I found harmony restored.
