Speaker: Today we're going to hear an experience which offers reassuring evidence that even the most serious ailments can be healed when we are willing to rely completely on God.
I have gained so much good from the testimonies and articles appearing in our periodicals that I should like to share a beautiful healing which our infant son experienced.
With a heart overflowing with gratitude to God, I give this testimony.
"With God all things are possible," the Bible tells us.
"God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind".
It is with a heart filled with gratitude and love for Christian Science that I write this testimony.
With a heart full of gratitude to God and with the hope of benefiting others, I should like to relate the solving of a difficult business problem.
In 1924 I attended my first Wednesday evening testimony meeting in a Church of Christ, Scientist.
Mary Baker Eddy, our beloved Leader, writes on page 259 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" as follows: "The Christ-like understanding of scientific being and divine healing includes a perfect Principle and idea,—perfect God and perfect man,—as the basis of thought and demonstration.
Our family came into Christian Science through my father, who was a deep Bible student.
