THE KINGDOM OF SPIRIT

The world of Spirit dawns upon my sight,
And it is bright and beautiful with Love;
In it no faintest shadow dims the light,
Within it only God's fair angels move.
All pride and earthly power are no more,
For here all men are children of one God.
Who made the sapphire sea, the golden shore
On which no kings or potentates have trod.
God's praise is always sung in this calm place
Of constant light, not of the sun or moon.
No veils conceal the beauty of His face,
And here there is no time, no late or soon.
O Father-Mother Love, I hear Thy voice:
It welcomes me and bids my heart rejoice.
