"What shall I render unto the...
"What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits toward me? ... I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all his people" (Ps. 116:12, 14). I feel that my vows should now be paid in gratitude for the benefits of many years filled with comfort and blessings through the study and application of Christian Science.
In 1921 my husband sought healing in Science for a physical condition which had not improved after three years under medical treatment. He was healed after several months' treatment from a consecrated practitioner.
I began to study Science to be of help to my husband, and the logic of its teachings so greatly appealed to me that I applied for membership in a branch church. My children were placed in the Christian Science Sunday School, and I shall always be grateful to the teachers and officers of the Sunday Schools for their upholding of the Rules in the Manual of The Mother Church by Mrs. Eddy.
