From all over the Field come reports that the pupils in our Sunday Schools are gaining from the lessons, as defined in Article XX, Section 3, of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy, a practical knowledge of Christian Science.
About fourteen years ago a friend of mine who was very much interesting in Christian Science presented me with a copy of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, with the following comment: "I hope that some day the reading of this book will benefit you as it has me.
I can never express in words my gratitude for Christian Science.
Christian Science has been a wonderful blessing to me, and I am very grateful that it came into my life with its many proofs of God's care and protection.
Before I learned about Christian Science I was beset by many problems.
While I was pondering thoughts of freedom some words from one of our patriotic songs came to me:
The understanding of Christian Science I had gained from regular study so upheld me when my mother passed on that I was not even tempted to grieve.
Through Christian Science I was let to my present position after I had realized that every one of God's ideas is in its right place and that God's law of good is ever operative for all.
It is with deep gratitude for Christian Science that I write this testimony.
