I should like to testify to the healing power of Christian Science. Twenty-seven years ago I was confronted with a physical condition which baffled medical science, and it was almost impossible for me to continue in the business world. I had a form of paralysis that would descend on me for periods of about two weeks, during which time I would be unable to talk or act properly. Overnight the condition would disappear, and I would be completely normal for about two weeks; then the condition would return. When specialists in several countries had been consulted and no relief was in evidence, I became considerably discouraged.

At this period Christian Science was offered for my consideration, and I immediately recognized that its teachings are based on the Scriptures and are logical and practical. I became absorbed in reading the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. My reading, together with the assistance of patient and faithful practitioners at different times, gave me a clearer understanding of God and of my true relationship to Him, until finally the discordant condition vanished, and it has never returned.

This healing convinced me that if my condition could be cured through the application of Christian Science, then Christian Science would cure, correct, or solve any discordant condition that one might ever be confronted with.
