It has been my great privilege to have had countless blessings through the healing power of Christian Science, and this testimony is written in gratitude, in the hope that it will help someone in need.

As a young girl I was never strong. It was decided a change of climate would be beneficial, so I was sent to Denver, Colorado. This change was helpful for a time, but not permanently so, and I struggled for a number of years in poor health. Two outstanding physicians stated that I could live only a short time and that if I did, I would be an invalid. The diagnosis was a heart condition. Also at this time a large sum of money was lost, and I was left penniless. I had a small baby, and I had no one to turn to.

At this time I took up the study of Christian Science. With help from practitioners and radical reliance on Principle I slowly regained my health. I had no training, but through application of the truth I was guided to a place in the business world. This has worked out to be my own business, in which I am still active. Through realization of the truth of Mrs. Eddy's statement in "Miscellaneous Writings" (p. 307), "God gives you His spiritual ideas, and in turn, thry give you daily supplies," our needs were bountifully met.
