Grateful great-great-grandmother recovers health and strength

The teaching of Christian Science has brought many blessings to my family and me for many years. My expression of gratitude would not be complete if I did not tell of at least one beautiful healing in the hope that I may help someone. I was stricken one winter with a physical difficulty that caused my whole left side to feel painful. In addition, I could not use my arm or leg at the time, and although I was conscious, I was unable to speak. My folks were much alarmed and quickly decided to call a practitioner. Thanks to God and to Christian Science, I was freed in one week.

Words cannot express my gratitude for all that Mrs. Eddy has done for me and for all mankind through her writings. Although I am a great-great-grandmother, I keep up with my reading of the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly and the other Christian Science literature and occasionally go to hear a lecture.
