In Proverbs we read (23:7), "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he." Thirty years ago my thinking was all about my physical heart. For weeks I had been told to make only the least possible exertion, as the verdict was that my heart was so diseased each attack was expected to end my life.
My mother came to my home. She had been reading a Sentinel lent her by a neighbor and had read in it testimonies of healing. She asked why I did not try Christian Science. That evening a practitioner came and sat by my bedside. She told me what God is and also brought me a Bible and Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy.
