The Power of Gratitude
Like
Jacob, I too was alone
And wrestling with the lie
That claims man lives in matter,
And out of it can die.
I voiced the precious words of Truth
Throughout a troubled hour,
Endeavoring to prove that God,
Good, is the only power.
Then memory of healings in
The past came, filling thought,
Till gratitude alone remained.
And thus was healing wrought.
