Freely Give

The prophet Isaiah said (Isa. 52:7), "How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!" From the summit of praise, beautiful indeed are the tidings of those who declare what good things God has established in their everyday experience.

Those taking an active part in the Wednesday testimony meetings are often rewarded by the personal thanks of one laboring under a problem similar to that for which a healing experience has been recounted. Each witness to Truth is grateful for the increasing good to which he is able to bear testimony, and acceptance of the opportunity to share that good augments one's gratitude and opens thought to Love's constantly unfolding abundance.

Though the benefit of a physical healing may not extend beyond one's immediate household, every victory over error is accompanied by a purer sense of Love and an enriched spiritual understanding. This light of understanding we do not hide under a bushel, but we let it freely shine to light the path of fellow travelers. All the wisdom and love of God is ours to draw upon in presenting our experience for the inspiration and help of others.
