In humble gratitude to God, to our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and to Christian Science, I submit this testimony with the hope that others may profit by it.

I am deeply grateful for the understanding that I have of Christian Science and its healing and protecting power. Many demonstrations have been made through my knowing that God is All-in-all. Through earnest daily study of the Lesson-Sermons I have been greatly uplifted and freed from loneliness, since I am always with God. My husband is now serving in the armed forces overseas, but we are always close to one another because of our understanding of God as everywhere and ever present.

My first thought in the morning when I awake is "the scientific statement of being" by Mrs. Eddy (Science and Health, p. 468). The second is her ever-inspiring statement in the Preface (ibid., p vii), "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings." From then on, things are handled with courage and strength throughout the day. We have a small business, and through the knowledge of God as my guide, I have been able to carry on in my husband's absence.
