I desire to share with others the many blessings I have received during the years I have studied Christian Science.

Living on a cattle ranch too far away to attend church, I am doubly grateful for the Christian Science literature and for the clear interpretation of the commandment (Matt. 19:19), "Love thy neighbour as thyself." Paul said (Rom. 13:10), "Love is the fulfilling of the law." To quote our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy (No and Yes, p. 39), "True prayer is not asking God for love; it is learning to love, and to include all mankind in one affection."

In dealing with cattle, horses, and sheep, I have received wonderful help and joy from the study of Genesis 1:26 in the light of Christian Science, "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."
