Christian Science is more to me than I can put into words. Everything that I have or am that is worth while I owe to it.

I love the Bible now, and read it daily. Before I heard of Christian Science I scarcely ever read it. When I did, it was from a sense of duty and I did not understand what I read. The first tenet of Christian Science (Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, p. 497), "As adherents of Truth, we take the inspired Word of the Bible as our sufficient guide to eternal Life." helped me to see things in their right perspective.

Class instruction has been, and is, one of my greatest blessings, and I am grateful that I was able to take this step comparatively early in my study as a Christian Scientist, because my whole outlook on life has been changed. I saw clearly that Mary Baker Eddy was divinely inspired to reveal Truth to this age. Certain vague doubts and fears left me, and I knew that I could confidently go on working out the problem of being and proving the beauty of holiness.
