My heart is so full of gratitude for Christian Science that I humbly offer this testimony, that it may light the way of other seekers for Truth.

About three years ago I was led to seek Science help for a business problem. Having been a trained nurse for years, I was steeped in materia medica. The previous ten years had been filled with grief, my own long illness, which seemed to be culminating in a lingering, painful death, and my son's serious illness and semi-invalidism.

The night I was finally led to get in touch with a practitioner, I walked over a mile to attend a Wednesday evening meeting, and about halfway through the service found I was completely free from chronic, intense pain and discomfort, caused by serious back and internal injuries. Long years in bed, surgery, and X-ray treatments had failed to allay the sentence of a slow, painful death, pronounced by the best specialists in the country. I could not believe I had no pain, and it was several days before I would admit I had had an instantaneous healing.
