I should like to express gratitude...
Selected
I should like to express gratitude for the first healing that I received in Christian Science.
Since early girlhood I had suffered from a weak back. An accident, a fall suffered in boarding a train, had accentuated this difficulty. For a time, I received treatment in a hospital, but failed to improve even though a major operation was performed.
A chiropractor prescribed a garment that was almost like a strait jacket. This I wore for several months. The outlook was not a pleasant one, for in all this experience I lived in constant fear of falling. The only time I was free from pain was when I was lying flat on my back. I had lost thirty pounds in weight.
